By purchasing a Royalty Free sample pack, you, the paying customer, are granted the right to use our copyrighted material—intellectual property—without the need to pay royalties or license fees for each use, copy, volume sold, or specified time period.

Usage Requirements:

1. Co-Production Credit: Although royalties are not required, if you use our samples in a record released by a Major Record Label or a Qualifying Independent Label, you must provide co-production credit to Al Be and contact us prior to the release.

2. Definitions:

   • Major Record Label: A record label or company that:
     • (i) is a parent or subsidiary of, or affiliated with, one of the major distributors in the U.S. (currently Sony, Universal, or Warner Music Group/WEA),
     • (ii) is a parent or subsidiary of, or affiliated with, indie distributors providing national distribution (e.g., Ryko, Caroline, InGrooves, The Orchard, Rounder, Kobalt/AWAL, BMG, ADA, E1),
     • (iii) has records distributed by any major or indie label or distributor.
   • Qualifying Independent Label: Any label, company, or individual not defined as a Major Record Label that has distributed an album/master exceeding 100,000 streams in a calendar month on Apple Music, Spotify, or YouTube, or over 1,000,000 total streams on these platforms.
